Conditions of Warranty
By submitting a case to Zirkor™, the treating provider agrees to the following terms:

All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Zirkor™.

Payment terms must be honored as established with your provider account.

Completed restorations may not be returned for refund unless they qualify under warranty.

Zirkor™ reserves the right to modify product design, materials, turnaround time, or pricing at any time.
Acceptance of Orders
All case submissions are subject to final review and acceptance by Zirkor™. We reserve the right to reject any order that lacks proper records, is incompatible with our materials, or is deemed clinically inappropriate or unethical.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the agreement set forth during account setup. Unless otherwise stated:

Net 30 payment terms apply to approved accounts.

Payments not received by the due date may incur late fees.

Continued failure to remit payment may result in account suspension or collection actions.
Zirkor™ reserves the right to require pre-payment on a per-case basis or for accounts with prior late history.
