He studied dentistry at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and pursued specialty training in Denver, Colorado for 2 additional years in pediatric dentistry and surgical hospital dentistry. His ability to compassionately care for his patients stems from his training in pediatric surgical dentistry, dealing with patients with severe dental anxiety and special needs. He has performed extensive research on oral cancer and has published several articles on the its' association with Vitamin D. He has received numerous awards for his contribution to the field of dental research and excellence in dentistry. At Zirkor Dental Implant Center, Dr. Osafi performs conservative dental implant procedures with precise esthetics, from beginning to end, in one facility. With the use of advanced digital dentistry, combined with the expansive abilities of aesthetic dental materials allows him to provide timeless-designed restorations with exact precision. As a certified sedation dentist in Seattle, Washington, Doctor Osafi performs conscious sedation and works with a board-certified anesthesiologist to provide safe general anesthesia for patients with severe dental anxiety.

Dr. Siamak Najafi is a prosthodontist graduated from New York University. With specialized training in surgical prosthodontics he brings with him extensive experience in surgical, cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry.
Dr. Najafi served as clinical assistant professor in the department of prosthodontics and as the program director of the Advanced Education Program in Comprehensive Dentistry at NYU, College of Dentistry. He earned his DDS degree from the world renowned Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran and provided general dentistry in private practice for several years before extending his education in cosmetic dentistry and prosthodontics.
He was directly admitted to the Advanced Program for International Dentists and then completed an additional Clinical Fellowship in Comprehensive Dentistry at NYU. He then completed an additional 3-year specialty program in Prosthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry, where he was honored with an award as the top resident of his class. His extensive training in comprehensive oral cosmetic reconstruction is unparalleled.
He specializes in comprehensive reconstruction of teeth using the most advanced systems in digital dentistry including All-on-4™, All-on-6 and full-mouth dental implant treatment and smile makeovers. He also has specialized training in bite correction and treating TMJ problems.
He has performed extensive research and has co-authored articles in dental journals on Prosthodontics and aesthetic dentistry. He is a lecturer on clinical and academic dentistry and enjoys educating his peers on comprehensive dentistry concepts. With this experience, he is truly an artist in creating life-changing smiles.

Dr. Bartolo Espana, DDS

A Seattle resident, Dr. Espana spent the first part of his childhood in San Diego, CA, growing up in a very diverse community. He went on to graduate top of his class with a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was also a member of the track team. Continuing on his lifelong path of becoming an implant dentist, Dr Espana moved to Texas for further training and practiced in a rural community in south Texas treating patients with minimal access to dental care.
In addition to practicing dentistry and teaching, Dr. Espana's research interests include dental implantology and dental stem cells biology, which can one day help us regenerate new teeth and bone. He has been featured in multiple research articles and has devoted and limited his practice to dental implants and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Espana is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, American Association of Periodontics, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and American Academy of Laser Dentistry. In his spare time, he enjoys running, exercising, hiking, reading, and exploring the great outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.
