Is Zirkor™ available for single arch and double arch cases?Yes. Zirkor™ is ideal for: Single full-arch (upper or lower) Double full-arch Overdenture conversions into permanent zirconia arches We’ll work with your clinical team to ensure occlusion, esthetics, and bite alignment are dialed in.

Can I preview the design before final fabrication?Absolutely. We provide a full digital wax-up and try-in preview on Exocad Webview for your approval before we move forward with final milling. You can request changes or refinements at this stage or another try-in for verification before final restoration is milled.

How do I submit a case?You can submit your case by: Filling out our online case submission form for account set-up. Account set-up with Avant Dental Arts. Upload your digital scans and records to Seazona. Call to set-up an account directly by contacting Avant Dental Arts at 949-828-6585. We also offer personal onboarding to walk you through your first few cases.

How does the digital workflow integrate with Zirkor™?We support all major digital workflows including: Intraoral scanning (Medit, 3Shape, iTero, etc.) Photogrammetry systems (iMetric, PIC, MicronMapper, Shining Elite, etc.) Design submissions You can send digital impressions, photos, and design preferences directly to our lab. We’ll handle everything from digital wax-ups to next-day design, temporary, final milling and staining.

What turnaround time can I expect?Design previews: Same-Day Design within 4 Hours. Next-Day Design within 24 Hours. Final Zirkor™ arches: Typically delivered within 14 business days after Design Approval.

What kind of warranty does Zirkor™ offer?All Zirkor™ restorations are backed by a lifetime warranty against chipping, fracture, or material failure under normal use. Warranty details and case eligibility are provided upon case submission.

How long does the warranty last?Zirkor™ restorations are protected by a limited lifetime warranty that remains valid for the life of the restoration, as long as it remains in service and is not altered or modified outside of our lab.

What qualifies as suspected abuse?Suspected abuse includes: Excessive force not related to normal mastication Nighttime grinding or clenching without a prescribed nightguard Use of the restoration in cases with known parafunctional habits that were not disclosed or protected against Attempted repairs or adjustments by an unauthorized lab or third party In such cases, the warranty is void.

What if the claim is denied?If a claim is denied due to factors such as patient misuse, clinical error, or abuse, we will provide a detailed explanation along with: A discounted remake option (if applicable) Case support to help prevent recurrence

How do I file a warranty claim?To submit a warranty claim, the treating doctor must: Contact Zirkor™ support at support@zirkor.com or call 949-828-6585 Complete our Warranty Claim Form Provide detailed photos and/or a video of the issue Submit the original restoration (mandatory) Include the original case number and date of delivery Once we receive your submission, our lab team will assess the case and determine eligibility.

How can I maintain warranty eligibility?To keep your cases covered: Ensure proper documentation and communication with our team Submit all scans and photos during initial case submission Prescribe occlusal guards for high-risk patients Avoid adjusting the final Zirkor™ arch without consulting our lab.

What happens if a claim is approved?If the claim is approved, we will: The Practice will submit a $250 per arch deductible from the patient and submit to Zirkor at 9272 Jeronimo Road Suite 102, Irvine, CA 92618 with patient name and date of birth written on the check. Fabricate a new Zirkor™ restoration and ship to the office. Office schedules the patient for delivery. Provide expedited service when possible.

Who can submit a warranty claim?Only the treating doctor or authorized clinical provider who placed the Zirkor™ case can submit and verify a warranty claim. We do not accept claims directly from patients or third parties.

What does the Zirkor™ warranty cover?The Zirkor™ Lifetime Warranty covers material defects, fractures, or chipping of the zirconia restoration that occur under normal functional use. This includes: Fractures in the zirconia framework Delamination or chipping of layered ceramics (if applicable) Material failure caused by manufacturing defects

What is NOT covered under the warranty?The warranty does not cover the following: Damage due to patient abuse (e.g., bruxism without a nightguard, trauma, or non-chewing forces) Poor implant placement or surgical failure Occlusal mismanagement or overload Modifications made by other labs or clinicians Loss of passive fit due to changes in implant position or components Wear or damage to temporary or PMMA try-in restorations
