Product Policy

Zirkor™ restorations are custom-fabricated using premium multilayer zirconia and designed per case specifications provided by the treating doctor.
All restorations are based on the digital scans, records, and clinical instructions submitted at the time of case entry. It is the responsibility of the clinician to ensure:

Accurate implant placement
Proper impression or scan capture
Verified bite registration

Zirkor™ is not responsible for remakes due to clinical inaccuracies.

Legal Disclaimer

Zirkor™ and Avant Dental Arts disclaim any liability for complications that result from:

Improper surgical placement of implants
Patient noncompliance
Occlusal overload
Improper prosthetic management

All restorations are provided “as is” and come with no additional warranty beyond what is explicitly stated in our Zirkor™ Lifetime Warranty Policy. The treating doctor assumes full responsibility for the restoration’s fit, function, and placement within the clinical treatment plan.

Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Zirkor™ is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss caused by third-party shipping carriers.
We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping for any components, returns, or physical models sent to our lab.
Upon receipt of deliveries, please:

Inspect packaging immediately
Take photos of damage (if present)
File claims directly with the shipping carrier
