Scheduling and Confirmation All appointments scheduled through zirkor.com are considered tentative until confirmed. After submitting your request, an appointment coordinator will contact you by phone to verify details and confirm your availability. Your appointment will only be finalized once verbal confirmation has been received. In rare cases, scheduling changes may be necessary due to clinical or provider availability. If this occurs, our team will promptly contact you to reschedule your visit at the next available time. Type of Appointment: The appointment you are scheduling is a free consultation with an experienced implant dentist. This visit is a screening appointment only, intended to Evaluate your candidacy for full-mouth dental implants. Review your health and implant goals. Capture a 3D CBCT scan and discuss treatment options. A comprehensive dental exam will be completed only after you have chosen to move forward with treatment, and it will be part of your pre-surgical planning process. Fees and CBCT Policy There is no cost for the consultation with the implant dentist. During your consultation, a CBCT (cone beam CT) image will be taken to evaluate bone structure and treatment options. Please note: The CBCT scan is the property of Zirkor™ and will not be released to the patient for personal use or to be transferred to outside providers. The CBCT image is intended exclusively for use within the Zirkor™ or New Life Dental Implant Center network for treatment planning purposes. This policy ensures the integrity of our proprietary workflow and protects the quality of care provided to our patients.
