Remake Policy
Remakes may be provided at no charge only in cases where:

The restoration fails due to manufacturing defects

Zirkor™ lab error can be confirmed
Remakes due to the following will not be covered and may incur full or partial charges:

Inaccurate impressions or scans

Improper implant placement
-
Lack of passive fit caused by surgical misalignment
-
Functional design requests after final fabrication
Each remake request is evaluated individually and must include the original restoration and supporting documentation.
Cancellation & Changes
You may cancel or modify a case prior to milling or fabrication. Once production begins, changes are limited and may result in additional charges. Once an arch has been milled or sintered, no cancellation will be accepted.
Limited Warranty
Zirkor™ restorations are covered under our Lifetime Warranty Policy against fractures and material defects due to manufacturing errors. This does not cover damage due to clinical error, patient misuse, bruxism (without occlusal guard), or trauma.
The treating provider is solely responsible for evaluating patient risk factors and providing appropriate post-care guidance.

Zirkor™ provides prosthetic components based on the information submitted. Final clinical responsibility — including fit, aesthetics, occlusion, and function — rests solely with the treating provider. Zirkor™ is not liable for:

Implant failure

Misfit due to bone remodeling

Peri-implantitis
-
Prosthetic or surgical complications
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zirkor™ or Avant Dental Arts be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the original fee paid for the restoration in question.
Modifications to Terms
Zirkor™ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the provider’s responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
